Closing of Orders

Wild Greens will accept orders until 2pm AT THE LATEST for next day delivery to our scheduled delivery areas.

If you miss this time or are running late, text (0412 812 283) or email Mel ([email protected]) to check your order will be accepted.

Can you purchase BOX BOOSTERS on their own?

We’ve noticed an increase in orders without fruit and/or veg boxes included. While we don’t mind this, it is important to note that we do have a minimum spend requirement. This minimum spend is set to cover our operational costs such as drivers’ wages, petrol, vehicle maintenance, and other running expenses. The minimum spend amount is equivalent to the value of a standard box, which is $60 or greater. We appreciate your understanding and support in ensuring the sustainability of our operations.

You can change/update your preferences at any time by redoing this form or updating your existing form that will be emailed to you.

Having Trouble Logging In?

  • Before placing your order you must login to our website  [top right of your computer or top left on your mobile]

  • You know you are logged in successfully as your name will appear in the top left of the screen

  • Once you have entered your username and password, tick ‘remember me’ for an easy login next time you visit our website.
    IF you have forgotten your password select ‘lost your password’ for a new password to be emailed to you.

 

  • If you place your order first before logging in you will get an error saying:  “an account is already registered with your email address”.

  • Click on ‘returning customer’ and enter your email address and password.  Once you are logged in successfully your name will appear in the top left of the screen.

  • After 3 attempts you will be locked out of the website for 15 minutes.  So wait and give it another try later.
    If all else fails, contact Mel who can place your order for you.

 

 

Christmas – do Wild Greens deliver?

YES we do!

Mel & Darren will be delivering until 22 December 2023
HQ will be open for trading on 23-24 December @ Unit 2, 18 Loyalty Rd, North Rocks.
Boxes can be ordered for pick-up on Saturday, 23 December and Sunday, 24 December 2024.

 

Wild Greens will be having a break, returning back on Monday 22 January 2024 super refreshed for another year of fresh delicious fruit & veg delivered to your door.

What happens to your Subscription over Christmas?

Don’t worry, Mel will pop your subscription on hold until we return – the week of 22 January.

If you wish to restart your subscription later, easy – contact Mel to advise when you want to restart and Mel will do the rest for you.

Subsciptions

How do I suspend my subscription?

Log into Wild Greens:  www.wildgreens.com.au

Go to: My account / My Subscription / Actions / Suspend

You will see the message ‘your subscription has been put on hold‘ as seen below

Setting up a new Subscription Order

  • Log into Wild Greens
  • Select your subscription plan   ie weekly or fortnightly
  • Select the date for your subscription start date  [select the date BEFORE your delivery day   ie delivery is Friday, enter Thursday’s date]
  • Subscribe Now
  • Go to Checkout
  • Check your order, once happy with your selection
  • Proceed to Checkout

  • Enter your billing and shipping address
  • Leave any [delivery / message for gift / likes or dislikes] notes in Order Notes
  • Select method of payment    ie  Credit Card or Direct Bank Transfer (EFT)

  • Select SUBSCRIBE NOW
  • View the status of your subscription in your account.

 

You now have the flexibility to:   Suspend / Cancel / Change Address / Change Payment / Renew your subscription

How do I change the frequency of my Subscription?

You CAN change your subscription from weekly to fortnightly or vice versa

  • Log in to your Wild Greens account
  • Select ‘My Account’
  • Select ‘My Subscription’
  • Select ‘Edit Subscription’

  • Change your ‘Order Frequency’  [change the date if necessary]
  • Select ‘Subscribe Now’
  • Complete ‘Checkout’

UPDATING MY CREDIT CARD

How do you update your credit card?

If you have a subscription with Wild Greens and your credit card needs updating.  Follow these procedures to update:

  1. Log into your account
  2. Go to ‘my account’
  3. Select ‘subscriptions’
  4. Click on your subscription
  5. Select ‘change payment’
  6. Use a ‘new credit card’
    If you have more than one subscription select the box ‘update payment on all subscriptions’
  7. Select ‘change payment method’
  8. Enter the details of your new card

Delivery

When will your delivery arrive?

Orders should be placed online prior to 2pm the day before your delivery is due.  See
delivery schedule for your area.
Deliveries will occur between 1pm to around 7pm. Office deliveries before 4:30pm (please advise closing time).

Payment

We have two payment options available:

  • eWay / Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard and AMEX) NO FEES – we use Australia’s leading payment gateway, eWay® as this is the safest, quickest and easiest method of payment for immediate payment & delivery.
  • Direct Bank Transfer (EFT) – make your payment directly into our bank account (BSB 013 011, Account No 4286-95763 [details will be emailed to you in your order confirmation].  Please use your Order Number as the payment reference. Your order will not be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account.

Where do I add my order NOTES

You can add a note to your order  ie delivery instructions, a message to go with your gift, your likes or dislikes, or a message to Mel.

  • When you are finished shopping proceed to CHECKOUT

  • On the billing and shipping address page there is a box provided for any notes.

  • Enter any notes about your order here.

 

Is there a Delivery Fee?

We try and deliver FREE of charge wherever possible.  We have allocated delivery days for most areas [click here for delivery days].

There is a $20 delivery fee automatically charged if you fall outside our normal delivery area or delivery day.

NOTE:   If your order exceeds 25kg OR more than one box is ordered we reserve the right to charge extra delivery fees to your order to cover our courier charges.
