How do I suspend my subscription?

Log into Wild Greens:  www.wildgreens.com.au

Go to: My account / My Subscription / Actions / Suspend

You will see the message ‘your subscription has been put on hold‘ as seen below

Setting up a new Subscription Order

  • Log into Wild Greens
  • Select your subscription plan   ie weekly or fortnightly
  • Select the date for your subscription start date  [select the date BEFORE your delivery day   ie delivery is Friday, enter Thursday’s date]
  • Subscribe Now
  • Go to Checkout
  • Check your order, once happy with your selection
  • Proceed to Checkout

  • Enter your billing and shipping address
  • Leave any [delivery / message for gift / likes or dislikes] notes in Order Notes
  • Select method of payment    ie  Credit Card or Direct Bank Transfer (EFT)

  • View the status of your subscription in your account.


You now have the flexibility to:   Suspend / Cancel / Change Address / Change Payment / Renew your subscription

How do I change the frequency of my Subscription?

You CAN change your subscription from weekly to fortnightly or vice versa

  • Log in to your Wild Greens account
  • Select ‘My Account’
  • Select ‘My Subscription’
  • Select ‘Edit Subscription’

  • Change your ‘Order Frequency’  [change the date if necessary]
  • Select ‘Subscribe Now’
  • Complete ‘Checkout’

When will your delivery arrive?

Orders should be placed online prior to 8pm the day before your delivery is due.  See delivery schedule for your area.
Deliveries will occur between 1pm to around 7pm. Office deliveries before 4:30pm (please advise closing time).

We have two payment options available:

  • eWay / Credit Card (Visa and MasterCard) – we use Australia’s leading payment gateway, eWay® as this is the safest, quickest and easiest method of payment for immediate payment & delivery.
  • Direct Bank Transfer (EFT) – make your payment directly into our bank account (BSB 012 417, Account No 41222 3104 [details will be emailed to you in your order confirmation].  Please use your Order Number as the payment reference. Your order will not be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account.

Where do I add my order NOTES

You can add a note to your order  ie delivery instructions, a message to go with your gift, your likes or dislikes, or a message to Mel.

  • When you are finished shopping proceed to CHECKOUT

  • On the billing and shipping address page there is a box provided for any notes.

  • Enter any notes about your order here.



Having Trouble Logging In?

  • Before placing your order you must login to our website  [top right of your computer or top left on your mobile]

  • You know you are logged in successfully as your name will appear in the top left of the screen

  • Once you have entered your username and password, tick ‘remember me’ for an easy login next time you visit our website.
    IF you have forgotten your password select ‘lost your password’ for a new password to be emailed to you.


  • If you place your order first before logging in you will get an error saying:  “an account is already registered with your email address”.

  • Click on ‘returning customer’ and enter your email address and password.  Once you are logged in successfully your name will appear in the top left of the screen.

  • After 3 attempts you will be locked out of the website for 15 minutes.  So wait and give it another try later.
