Wild Greens guarantees the quality of their produce and will gladly exchange any produce you are not happy with as long as we are contacted the same day of delivery.

Order History

All orders are saved so that you have your own personal order history; you will be able to review all the orders you have placed in the past and also track the status of any new orders.

Subscription Orders

You can set up a one-off, weekly or fortnightly order. To set up a weekly or fortnightly subscription order – select your frequency and then proceed to checkout. Your credit card will NOT be charged until your subscription falls due. If you need to pause your weekly or fortnightly subscription order – email Mel at [email protected] to pause your delivery whilst you take a break. If you restart your fortnightly subscription and it falls on the wrong week, just ask Mel to re-set to the correct date.

Payment

We take two forms of payment:

1. Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard and AMEX) – using Australia’s leading payment gateway, eWay®. We chose this as the safest, quickest and easiest method of payment for immediate payment & delivery. Click here to learn more about eWay.
2. Direct Bank Transfer (EFT) – make your payment directly into our bank account (BSB 012 417 Account #41222 3104), these details will also be in your order confirmation email. Please use your Order # as the payment reference. Please make payment before your delivery is due – it will not be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account.

Privacy and Security

In order to fulfil an order you place via our website, it is necessary for us to collect certain information from you. The type of customer information we ask for includes name and address for billing and delivery purposes, phone number, email address, and product preferences.
Wild Greens also maintains a customer database referred to on the website as “our newsletter” for the purposes of sending out information that may be of interest to our customers, such as new product information.
Wild Greens takes seriously the issue of our customer’s privacy, and has taken the appropriate measures to ensure with confidence that any information given to us by our customers is protected. We will not disclose any of your personal information to any third parties. We will not use this information in any other way than those outlined in this statement. No credit card number is stored in the system.
If at any time you no longer wish to be notified about new Wild Greens products or services or promotions, you should contact us using the unsubscribe link in your email or send us a message using the contact us form, and Wild Greens will delete your personal information from our system.

If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you must not use this website. Wild Greens reserves the right to make changes at any time, without notice, to any element of the website. All content and functionality on this website is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind by Wild Greens express or implied. Wild Greens does not want to receive confidential or proprietary information from you through this website.

Your Account: You agree to accept responsibility for all activities under Your Account and password. All orders are saved so that you have your own personal order history; you will be able to review orders you have placed in the past, track the status of any new orders and download tax invoices.

Disclosure:  it is your responsibility to supply correct delivery information; if we do not receive the correct information required for delivery we are not responsible if you fail to receive your order.

You need to provide true and correct information about you. If we receive information about you that is untrue, incorrect or not current we have the right to suspend your account. We are able to override the delivery date you provide, if it does not match up with the area and corresponding delivery days as stated under Delivery Days.
