Darren & Mel at WILD GREENS are a local family run business which have a passion for choosing the freshest and best produce for your boxes.   Whilst you are sleeping in the wee hours of the morning, Darren is at the markets searching for the day’s delicious fruit n veg.  Darren & Mel strive to save you time and money and take the hassle out of shopping for the best.   Our produce is one touch – straight from grower to market to your front door.  This eliminates the germs that linger on shopping trolleys, fridge doors, countless customers touching and feeling the produce – NO GERMS!

AND … if your household has intolerances – we can also cater for them.

If you need a gift for that someone special – WILD GREENS can help you.  Whether it be a get well, new baby, house warming gift – why not give something that will be totally enjoyed.

About Mel & Darren…

between the two of us we have 5 children and 3 beautiful grandsons. We acquired Wild Greens in October 2017 and both of us resigned from previous jobs. We are both excited and enthusiastic to be running Wild Greens and ensuring you get fabulous boxes each and every time. It is important to us that you, our customers, are happy and excited to receive your box each and every delivery. We are a small local family business and plan to stay small and focus on providing a superior service to our awesome loyal customers. We look forward to getting to know your likes and dislikes and to building a fabulous relationship with each and every one of the Wild Greens family.

In June 2022 Fred joined the Wild Greens team as our 2nd driver to Darren.  Fred has made Australia his new home moving from Hong Kong a few years ago to give his wife and teenage son a better life.  Fred is a valued member of the Wild Greens team.

What have we done:

• Donated several Summer fruit boxes to Manly Vale Primary School fundraiser – December 2020
• 2020 & continuing – we sponsor Roselea Student Care Centre @ Carlingford (before and after school care/vacation care) with their fruit for afternoon tea
• ‘Random Act of Kindness’ – during the COVID-19 period we asked customers to nominate a family who would benefit from a free delivery.  We sent many boxes to people in need to brighten their day
• Vinnies Western Sydney Community Sleepout – 30 August 2018
• Bundeena Primary School fair – sponsored the Lemonade & Corn on the Cob stall – 26 August 2018
• Handed out free bananas to the walkers in the Memory Walk & Jog for Dementia in May 2018
